Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules and guidelines for using the telecommunications and cloud communication services provided by IVW. All customers, partners, and users of our services must comply with this policy. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of services.

1. Purpose
The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy is to ensure that our telecommunications network and communication services are used in a lawful, responsible, and secure manner. Our services must not be used for activities that could harm individuals, organizations, networks, or the integrity of telecommunications infrastructure.
2. Scope of Services
This policy applies to all services provided by IVW, including but not limited to:
  • DID (Direct Inward Dialing) services
  • SIP Trunking
  • Voice communication services
  • SMS / messaging services
  • Communication APIs and related platforms
3. Prohibited Activities
Customers and users may not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Fraud and Deceptive Practices

  • phishing, fraud, or scam communications
  • impersonation or identity theft
  • deceptive marketing practices
  • transmitting misleading caller identification information

Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • sending unsolicited bulk SMS messages
  • mass calling or robocalling without proper consent
  • spam messaging campaigns
  • unauthorized marketing communications

Harassment and Abuse

  • threatening, abusive, or harassing communications
  • stalking or intimidation using telecommunications services
  • distributing offensive or harmful content

Illegal Activities

  • promoting or facilitating illegal activities
  • transmitting unlawful content
  • violating local or international telecommunications regulations

Network Abuse

  • interfering with network operations
  • attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • activities that degrade service performance or network stability
4. Messaging and Voice Compliance
Customers using our messaging or voice services must ensure that all communications comply with applicable laws and industry regulations, including but not limited to: obtaining proper consent before sending messages; honoring opt-out or unsubscribe requests; complying with anti-spam regulations; following local telecommunications and consumer protection laws. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in immediate service suspension.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for: ensuring their applications and services comply with this AUP; monitoring their service usage and traffic; preventing unauthorized use of their accounts or systems; ensuring that their end users also comply with this policy. Customers remain responsible for all communications transmitted through their accounts.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
To protect the integrity of our network and services, IVW reserves the right to monitor service usage patterns and investigate potential violations of this policy. If a violation is suspected or confirmed, we may take actions including: issuing warnings; temporarily suspending services; restricting service access; terminating customer accounts. These actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect network security or comply with regulatory obligations.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
We may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or telecommunications operators when required by law or regulation. This may include providing information related to suspected illegal or abusive activities conducted through our services.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in regulatory requirements, telecommunications industry practices, or service offerings. The updated version will be published on our website and will become effective upon publication.
